In 2004, we embarked on a prestigious collaboration: Eurocomponents built prefabricated bathrooms for Grand Hotel Terme, Merano designed by the architect and interior designer Matteo Thun.
The choice of materials is as important as the design in this ultra-stylish 4-star hotel.
Project details
The bathrooms are tiled with Bisazza Mosaic and the colours were picked to blend in with the rest of the hotel, creating continuity and harmony. The other surfaces are painted with water-based enamel in bright colours.
The furniture includes a custom-made lacquered cabinet with a countertop wash basin and wall-mounted tap.
Built in 2004, it was one of the first bathrooms with a tiled floor in the shower instead of a shower tray.
