Well Spa Hotel is a luxury hotel: the project includes four different types of bathroom. Each type has different finishes and coverings. There are 94 bathrooms in total.
The bathrooms feature accessories and furnishings with a black finish. The washbasin and shower come with a special brushed graphite finish. The floor and walls are covered with large, dark grey tiles (60x60cm). The contrasting shower niche features bevelled tiles (antique pink, grey and sage).
A LED strip recessed into the ceiling creates a diffuse ambient lighting effect. The round mirror is backlit.
The furnishings include a countertop with freestanding washbasin and a custom-made under-sink unit with a black lacquered metal frame, a composite washbasin with a wooden under-sink shelf.
The shower doors, shower niche and WC niche are made out of tempered glass panes. These are ultra-clear or satin-finish according to the type of bathroom.
Special technical solutions
We created an oak wood false wall with a system of shelves and a tiled compartment behind the WC to create space for the cistern. A niche above the WC houses a built-in mirror and wooden shelf. We chose branch-shaped designer radiators with a black finish.
